2021-03-09 CVE-2021-21300 Git is an open-source distributed revision control system. In affected versions of Git a specially crafted repository that contains symbolic links as well as files using a clean/smudge filter such as Git LFS, may cause just-checked out script to be executed while cloning onto a case-insensitive file system such as NTFS, HFS+ or APFS (i.e. the default file systems on Windows and macOS). Note that clean/smudge filters have to be configured for that. Git for Windows configures Git LFS by... Xcode, Fedora, Git 7.5
2020-11-04 CVE-2020-8037 The ppp decapsulator in tcpdump 4.9.3 can be convinced to allocate a large amount of memory. Mac_os_x, Macos, Debian_linux, Fedora, Tcpdump 7.5
2021-03-10 CVE-2021-20205 Libjpeg-turbo versions 2.0.91 and 2.0.90 is vulnerable to a denial of service vulnerability caused by a divide by zero when processing a crafted GIF image. Fedora, Libjpeg\-Turbo 6.5
2021-04-08 CVE-2021-3448 A flaw was found in dnsmasq in versions before 2.85. When configured to use a specific server for a given network interface, dnsmasq uses a fixed port while forwarding queries. An attacker on the network, able to find the outgoing port used by dnsmasq, only needs to guess the random transmission ID to forge a reply and get it accepted by dnsmasq. This flaw makes a DNS Cache Poisoning attack much easier. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data integrity. Fedora, Enterprise_linux, Dnsmasq 4.0
2021-04-15 CVE-2021-20288 An authentication flaw was found in ceph in versions before 14.2.20. When the monitor handles CEPHX_GET_AUTH_SESSION_KEY requests, it doesn't sanitize other_keys, allowing key reuse. An attacker who can request a global_id can exploit the ability of any user to request a global_id previously associated with another user, as ceph does not force the reuse of old keys to generate new ones. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity as well as system availability. Fedora, Ceph, Ceph_storage 7.2
2021-02-15 CVE-2021-23336 The package python/cpython from 0 and before 3.6.13, from 3.7.0 and before 3.7.10, from 3.8.0 and before 3.8.8, from 3.9.0 and before 3.9.2 are vulnerable to Web Cache Poisoning via urllib.parse.parse_qsl and urllib.parse.parse_qs by using a vector called parameter cloaking. When the attacker can separate query parameters using a semicolon (;), they can cause a difference in the interpretation of the request between the proxy (running with default configuration) and the server. This can... Debian_linux, Django, Fedora, Inventory_collect_tool, Ontap_select_deploy_administration_utility, Snapcenter, Python 5.9
2021-04-15 CVE-2021-3487 There's a flaw in the BFD library of binutils in versions before 2.36. An attacker who supplies a crafted file to an application linked with BFD, and using the DWARF functionality, could cause an impact to system availability by way of excessive memory consumption. Fedora, Binutils, Enterprise_linux 6.5
2021-04-07 CVE-2021-30184 GNU Chess 6.2.7 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted PGN (Portable Game Notation) data. This is related to a buffer overflow in the use of a .tmp.epd temporary file in the cmd_pgnload and cmd_pgnreplay functions in frontend/cmd.cc. Fedora, Chess 7.8
2020-06-17 CVE-2020-14295 A SQL injection issue in color.php in Cacti 1.2.12 allows an admin to inject SQL via the filter parameter. This can lead to remote command execution because the product accepts stacked queries. Cacti, Fedora 7.2
2021-04-02 CVE-2021-1844 A memory corruption issue was addressed with improved validation. This issue is fixed in iOS 14.4.1 and iPadOS 14.4.1, Safari 14.0.3 (v. 14610.4.3.1.7 and 15610.4.3.1.7), watchOS 7.3.2, macOS Big Sur 11.2.3. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to arbitrary code execution. Ipad_os, Iphone_os, Macos, Safari, Tvos, Watchos, Fedora 8.8
